As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. • Liaison with local GM to ensure accurate and timely customer billing.
• Clearly understand customer contracts, billing opportunities and facility/customer budgets.
• Preparation of financial reports for local management with full P&L understanding.
• Preparation of weekly projection reports.
• Assist with forecasting and re‑forecasting.
• Auditing and processing of incoming vendor invoices via the internal accounting system.
• Maintain Purchase Order Process to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and processes.
• Independently process month end procedures to ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition and result presentation, while adequately managing any balance sheet exposures.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines in all financial matters such as credit control, purchasing, billing and disbursement.
• Provide variance analysis Actual vs. Forecast.

• Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent with management accounting skills.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience in logistics, distribution or warehouse environment advantageous.
• In depth understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
• Ability to relay financial information to non‑financial personnel.
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment and to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the business.
• Very strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point)—Navigate Pivot tables, advanced Excel formulas, etc.
