Amazon is seeking a program manager to own the direct-to-disposition initiative, blending product innovation, operations optimization, and supply chain transformation across the returns lifecycle. You will collaborate with product managers, software developers, vendor managers, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve how we process returns.
You will manage end-to-end program delivery, track KPIs and SLAs, onboard partners, and design processes that reduce defects.
