1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Distribution Center Address: 342 Gordon Industrial Dr., Shepherdsville, KY

Starting at $20.13/hr plus, earn two pay raises in your first year and earn more per hour for speed and efficiency.

• Sunday - Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturdays off
• 1st Shift – 7:30 AM until finish (shifts may vary based on work volume)

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers. Our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. You’ll be on your feet for the duration of your shift and you’ll be lifting up to 100 pounds. Training is provided by our dedicated training team. The starting wage scales with production and efficiency—the better you perform, the more you earn.

• Maintain physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 pounds as required.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions due to frozen products.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, and update information).
• Successfully pass a drug test and a background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Candidates are encouraged to submit a resume or provide at least five years of work history; a resume is not required but may help process the application more quickly.
