Spanish-Speaking NP /PA – Preventive Wellness Clinic (Corporate)

Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099).

Pay Rate: $130/hr onsite patient care hours, $100/hr telemedicine lab review hours.

Schedule:

TBD Weekday, Dayshift.

A workplace wellness screening program is seeking a Spanish-speaking provider to provide onsite preventive wellness services within a professional workplace environment in Shepherdsville, KY. This role focuses on preventive care, health screenings, and wellness consultations delivered during scheduled clinic events.

• Set up and prepare the mobile clinic space within corporate environments to support employee wellness initiatives.
• Conduct general wellness examinations.
• Review patient health history and current concerns.
• Provide preventive care guidance and health education.
• Perform blood draws (venipunctures).
• Refer patients for follow-up care when appropriate.
• Review lab results via telehealth consultations.
• Document encounters according to clinical standards.

• Must hold an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in KY.
• Certification as FNP, FNP-C, FNP-BC, or ACNP.
• Active basic life support (BLS/ACLS) CPR certification required.
• A collaborating physician is necessary unless state requirements for independent/autonomous practice are met.
• Must be bilingual fluent in Spanish.
• Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room preferred.
• Must be able to perform phlebotomy.
• Proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Focused on preventive medicine and patient education.
• Must bring a personal laptop or tablet to each shift to complete electronic charting and documentation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional care standards.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Shepherdsville, KY.
