Licensed Practical Nurse

Signature Consulting Services LLC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to support professional services projects for government and commercial clients in Reston, VA. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, perform clinical assessments, administer medications, and document care in accordance with regulatory and client requirements. You will collaborate with RNs, physicians, and consulting staff to support wellness, occupational health, and specialized clinical programs.

The position requires strong clinical judgement, attention to detail, EMR proficiency, and the ability to adapt to diverse client settings while upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
• Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and basic diagnostic procedures
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols
• Document care accurately in EMR and maintain clinical records
• Support wellness, occupational health, and specialty clinical programs
• Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive health practices
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and consulting staff
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and client standards
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols in all settings
• Contribute to quality improvement and continuous improvement efforts
