Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, lobbies, parking locations, loading areas, and the perimeter;
Monitor access points and support visitor management by checking identification, issuing temporary credentials, and maintaining logs per site requirements;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including completing incident reports and notifying site contacts and/or public responders as needed;
Observe and report unusual activity, security-related hazards, and/or policy violations, and assist with basic access control and traffic direction when requested
