Wage

$21.32 per hour

Schedule
  • Monday & Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 4:45 PM
  • Wednesday: 4:45 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
Essential Functions
  • Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites, ensuring post orders, rounds, and reports are completed.
  • Notify authorities and clients during emergencies.
  • Coach, discipline, and document personnel actions.
  • Train Security Officers and other personnel, reviewing post orders and assignments.
  • Assist with payroll and personnel data submission.
  • Ensure adequate post coverage with management or representatives.
  • Prepare, file, and submit required reports.
  • Inspect posts, outlining tasks and responsibilities to subordinates.
  • Meet client representatives to confirm security requirements and provide customer service.
  • Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, orienting, training, planning, assigning, coaching, evaluating, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and recommending hires or terminations.
  • May act as a Security Officer as necessary.
Education & Experience

High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions. Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferred.

Working Conditions (Physical/Mental Demands)

  • Maintaining composure with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public, often under urgent and pressured situations.
  • Exposure to stressful situations, including confronting unauthorized individuals.
  • Undergoing background checks, reference checks, controlled substance testing, behavioral selection surveys, and mandatory licensing.
  • Disciplining staff positively.
  • Possible overtime without advance notice.
  • Managing multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Basic computer usage and keyboarding.
  • Clear vision, hearing, speaking, and writing to communicate and report incidents.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and walking on uneven terrain.
