As a Security Officer Screening Operations in Shepherdsville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a dynamic tech location, where you will help monitor entry activity, screen visitors and/or deliveries, and support a professional, welcoming environment. In this role, you will remain visible, communicate clearly, and help address security-related concerns with agility, reliability, and innovation.

Job Schedule- Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at a busy technology location.
- Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or personal items in accordance with site guidelines, documenting unusual findings and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities and communicating clearly with appropriate contacts.
- Monitor entry points, credential checks, and visitor processing while helping to deter unauthorized access, policy violations, and other security-related concerns.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas and the perimeter as needed, remaining attentive to changes in the location and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related issues.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
