Security Officer Patrol Route

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, entry points, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized entry, badge verification, and/or after-hours access procedures.
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, and vendors regarding site expectations, assist with routine inquiries, and escalate security-related issues when needed.

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
