Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including offices, common areas, entry points, and perimeter spaces, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and/or designated areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and adherence to location policies within a technology-focused environment;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site expectations;
Communicate with site contacts, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters that may impact daily operations
