A leading distribution/logistics organization, is seeking a Security, Facilities & Vendor Management Supervisor to oversee site security operations, vendor relationships, and facility support functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead site security programs, access control, investigations, and incident reporting
- Manage contracted security vendors and drive service excellence
- Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and CCTV reviews
- Support facility operations and identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Deliver security training and awareness programs
- Partner with leadership and law enforcement as needed
- 4-5+ years of security experience in a warehouse, distribution/manufacturing environment
- Experience managing third-party vendors/contractors
- Knowledge of security systems, CCTV, access control, and investigations
