Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution facilities, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter;
Monitor access to the location by observing personnel, visitors, and vehicle activity, verifying authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintaining accurate visitor and incident documentation;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed;
Support the orderly movement of deliveries and operations by maintaining a professional presence and reporting policy violations, hazards, or operational concerns to site leadership
