CDL-A Local Delivery Driver – Home Daily | $1,440+ Weekly
Location:
439 Park Loop Rd., Shepherdsville, KY 40165.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, Dispatch 4:00–6:00 AM.
4-Day work week available plus overtime.
Pay & Bonuses- $1,440–$1,630 per week (avg. $75K–$85K annually)
- $6,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Deliver food products to local customers on scheduled routes.
- Unload product and place in designated areas.
- Complete deliveries safely and on time.
- Interact with customers professionally.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Safe driving record.
- Ability to handle touch freight (unloading required).

Our CDL-A Drivers are responsible for delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Perform all required safety checks (pre/post trip) including inspections per DOT regulations; report any safety issues and repair needs.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
- Immediately report all safety hazards and inspect trailers for proper loading and securing of freight.
- Perform count checks of items and review customer invoices; complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Move tractor to loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
- Drive to and deliver customer orders per predetermined route schedule; unload products and transport items to customer storage areas.
- Perform damage control checks, scan items, and notify supervisor; verify delivery of items and obtain signatures; collect money where required.
- Load customer returns onto trailer and secure doors; ensure tractor, trailer, and freight are locked and secured.
- Handle damaged goods and customer returns; complete check‑in paperwork and remove trash from trailers.
- Complete daily record of hours of service and enter logs per Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock, and keep trailers clear and clean; secure all equipment and complete necessary paperwork at shift end.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid CDL-A; must be 21+ years of age.
- Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
- Attain or hold current DOT Health Card or be able to secure one.
- Able to hand‑lift and use equipment (two‑wheeler, lift gate, etc.) to move/stack product cases/freight ranging from 10–35 pounds up to 60–90 pounds.
