MissionProvide support to the Warehouse team by coordinating office and shipping activities to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Dropping daily customer orders.
- Managing SAP and running daily schedule reports.
- Reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed between warehouses.
- Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
- Sorting and building orders to loads, adding Pro‑stickers for carriers, and building a daily schedule based on TMS/SAP.
- Filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials or other stock items and distributing items to shipping or to the designated route driver storage area.
- Ensuring required material for customer orders is requested with enough time in advance to ship on time.
- Receiving drivers and matching pick‑up numbers/assigned drivers to a door or waiting time based on our current schedule.
- Setting appointments with carriers 24–48 hours ahead of time.
- Keeping a good record of files, old orders, and all inbound or delivery paperwork, including bills of lading.
- Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed via SAP, Excel, or Word.
- Assisting in counting of physical inventory.
- Weighing and counting items for distribution within the plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
- Performing facilities maintenance duties as needed.
- Completing requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
- Preparing parcels for mailing.
- Sweeping, dusting, and mopping the work area.
- Organizing the warehouse and work area for orderliness.
- Wearing the proper safety equipment.

Education And/or Experience- High school diploma or GED; three months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Work in accordance with all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety, quality, product safety and legality, security, and regulatory compliance as applicable.
