Bilingual Warehouse Lead

Our client, a major logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Lead to join their team in Shepherdsville, KY. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the leadership team supporting the warehouse department. The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Pay Range: $21.00/hr.*
* Shifts available: 1 st  shift 3:00am - 1:00pm;
Monday - Thursday (10 hour shifts)

** What's the Job?*
* + Processes shipping or receiving documentation

+ Physically receives, stores, packages, labels, and ships freight

+ Oversees many of the daily activities for an account, department or station of a warehouse operation including the effective use of staff

+ Aids in the development and growth of all accounts assigned in coordination with sales and management

+ May utilize barcode scanning equipment

** What's Needed?*
* + Leadership experience in a production or warehouse environment

+  
** Bilingual is preferred! Additional pay bump for bilingual candidates*
* + Experience operating a forklift/cherry picker is PREFERRED

+ Must be able to communicate and understand English

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Reliable transportation

+ Current Resume
