Our client, a major logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Lead to join their team in Shepherdsville, KY. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the leadership team supporting the warehouse department. The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork and problem‑solving skills that align successfully within the organization.

Location:

Shepherdsville, KY.
Pay Range: $21.00 per hour.

Shift: 1st shift 3:00 a.m.

- 1:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday (10-hour shifts).

• Process shipping or receiving documentation.
• Physically receive, store, package, label, and ship freight.
• Oversee many daily activities for an account, department or station of a warehouse operation, including effective use of staff.
• Aid in the development and growth of all accounts assigned in coordination with sales and management.
• May utilize barcode scanning equipment.

• Leadership experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• Bilingual is required!
• Experience operating a forklift or cherry picker is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable own transportation.
• Current resume.
