Job Overview

Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. As a Stamper, you will open boxes, stamp the date of expiration on them, and return them to their boxes. Additional duties may include cleaning, stocking, counting, and other support tasks as needed.

Position

Purpose

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (noon). Pay: $17 per hour, plus a $3 premium once forklift certified. Responsibilities include counting bins, performing recounts as needed, checking dates and rotations, and maintaining inventory records.

Responsibilities
  • Count material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post total inventory records.
  • Compare inventories to office records or compute figures from records.
  • Verify clerical computations against physical count, adjust errors, or investigate discrepancies.
  • Compile receipts or disbursements of materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
  • Monitor inventory rotations and make recommendations as needed.
  • Prepare reports such as inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.
  • Review and investigate daily reports.
  • Maintain shrink at or below company standard.
  • Prepare list of depleted items and recommend survey of defective/unusable items.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Prior forklift experience preferred, or willingness to learn and become certified.
  • Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a stock picker.
  • Comfortable working at heights and following all safety procedures.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Strong math skills and ability to communicate information accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and intermediate general computer skills.
  • Ability to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
  • Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
  • Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months to 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and intermediate general computer skills.
  • Ability to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, reaching, and lifting repeatedly throughout the shift, including pulling products off shelves from various heights weighing between 10–35 lbs and generally up to 60–90 lbs, depending on location.
  • Ability to work in cooler, freezer, and dry environments.
  • Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
