Position Purpose

Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

As a Stamper, you will open boxes and stamp the date of expiration on them, then return items to the boxes. Additional duties may include cleaning, stocking, counting, and other assignments as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Count material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post total inventory records.
  • Compare inventories to office records or computing figures from records.
  • Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors in computation or investigate discrepancies.
  • Compile receipts or disbursements of materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
  • Monitor inventory rotations and make recommendations as needed.
  • Prepare reports such as inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.
  • Review and investigate daily reports.
  • Maintain shrink at or below company standard.
  • Prepare list of depleted items and recommend survey of defective/unusable items.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Prior forklift experience preferred, or willingness to learn and become certified.
  • Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a stock picker.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights and following all safety procedures.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
  • Strong math skills and ability to communicate information accurately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and intermediate general computer skills.
  • Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position.
  • Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
  • Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour, plus $3.00 premium once forklift certified.
