Warehouse Fulfillment Associate - Shepherdsville

Full-time Shepherdsville, Kentucky On-site $16.50 - $18/hr

As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate, you are the backbone of our operation. You will ensure that products are accurately processed, packed, and prepared for our customers. In this role, you will be measured by your ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently. You will contribute to a collaborative environment where safety and productivity go hand-in-hand.

Daily Tasks: You will spend your shift scanning, picking, and packing orders, as well as assisting with shipping and receiving duties. Keeping your workstation organized and following safety protocols is essential to the success of the entire team.

Over Time: As you become more familiar with our processes, you will be expected to consistently meet production goals. You will develop a deep understanding of our inventory management systems and become a reliable member of the warehouse team who can handle a fast-paced environment with ease.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and twist for the duration of a shift.

Reliable work ethic and strong attendance record.

Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Prior experience in a warehouse, order picking, or fulfillment role.

Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.

Bilingual skills (Spanish/English).

Pay Rate: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour, depending on the shift and experience.
