Fulfillment Specialist

We fuel the future of retail, and you will be a part of that mission. We currently have an exciting opening for a Fulfillment Specialist in our fulfillment center.

Role

Summary:

The Fulfillment Specialist is a general‑labor position that reports to a Fulfillment Center Supervisor and/or Manager. Responsibilities include all vendor compliance duties such as answering email dispositions, maintaining T‑SKU logs, and working client VAS.

Responsibilities
  • Check and document the work of others according to established guidelines.
  • Maintain cycle count and quality assurance programs.
  • Use inventory knowledge to make sound decisions on the cancellation of customer orders.
  • Reconcile and report any audit discrepancies.
  • Proactively seek out improvements in processes.
  • Prepare and submit reports to track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics as assigned.
  • Operate Android equipment and work with the RF Android for put‑away, replenishment, picking, and sorting functions.
  • Support and maintain the company quality management system and programs.
  • Audit no less than the prescribed percentage of inbound and outbound shipments daily.
  • Work overtime as deemed necessary by management.
  • Assist in the daily sanitation of assigned area to ensure an efficient, safe, and hazard‑free production environment.
  • Assist other members of the FC team in any way possible as determined by FC management and supervisors.
  • Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.
  • Adapt to a changing environment and changes in procedures with flexibility.
  • Decipher the process of mis‑shipments to clients.
  • Work within Microsoft Office.
  • Research non‑compliant customer returns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.
  • Be cross‑trained in an additional department.
  • Train on and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Locate and recognize barcodes on client products.
  • Induct product into the sortation process of the tilt‑tray sorter and PTL.
  • Identify proper package type for the packing process (corrugate or bags based on client specifications).
  • Follow safety guidelines when working around conveyors or pick carts.
  • Load trucks by hand, using conveyance, pallet jacks, or PIT as required.
  • Perform routine value‑added services based on client needs.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Cross‑train on other client and fulfillment processes.
  • Train new hires as needed.
  • Work as directed by lead or supervisors.
Qualifications
  • One to two years of related experience and/or training in warehousing or distribution operations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Manhattan WMS experience preferred.
  • Good problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Adhere to facility requirements regarding the handling of specific products and the reporting of illness. This includes personal hygiene standards such as frequent hand washing, storage of lunches, food in the work area, and apparel free from soil contaminants and holes.
  • Good oral, written, interpersonal, and social communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time with good vision and hearing for verbal communication and forklift safety.
  • Potential to lift up to 50 lbs.

Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm
