Material Handler

Kelly in partnership with Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Material Handler to join the team in Shepherdsville, KY at JOM Pharmaceuticals. Performs a variety of duties to receive, distribute, assemble and store finished goods into sales warehouse or customer locations as directed. Will also perform materials receipt, disbursement and related activities as directed.

• sPicks finished goods throughout the warehouse as required by sales order ship lists. Processes goods supplies including unpacking, verifying, labeling, and distributing to appropriate location
• .Fills requisitions for goods and materials
• .Contacts appropriate shipping companies/departments when shipping items
• .Assists in preparing shipping goods and relevant equipment
• .Uses miscellaneous material handling equipment dollies, pallet jack, forklift to move materials
• .Performs physical inventories and cycle counts
• .Maintains the record of waiting delivery requests and notify the appropriate department supervisor of material and/or goods that are not on schedule
• .Maintains the logbooks up to date for optimum material flow
• .Makes inquiries of inventory to ensure adequate supplies are on hand
• .Assists in other related material handling activities including maintaining proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials and keeping physical inventories
