The Team Lead will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Shipping department. Including all product initially received through the warehouse and the handling of all paperwork pertaining to that merchandise. Tracks performance and attendance for all personnel assigned to the shipping area. This position is also responsible for safety, organization and cleanliness.

QualificationsDemonstrated Shipping experience in afast paceddistribution center environment
Proven leadership experience
Problem solving, decision making, planning and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Safety knowledge
Able to perform at a fast-paced packaging environment
Perform accurately under stressful conditions.
Performing variety of duties as required
Flexibility isa must:
Must be able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts, and different areas of the warehouse
The ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Forklift certified a plus
Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
Knowledge of SAP pertaining to warehouse activities
Able to stand/walk forlong periodsof time
Requires ability to stand/reach/stoop/bend
Manufacturing Environment/Warehouse Setting
Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of your shift
Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
