Alliance Entertainment operates one of the largest entertainment distribution centers in North America, supporting the delivery of music, movies, video games, collectibles, electronics, toys, and pop-culture products to customers across the country.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our distribution team. This is a hands-on position that plays a critical role in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently.

This is not a traditional office position. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.

You will work inside Alliance Entertainment's 900,000-square-foot distribution center in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, alongside experienced team members who help move approximately 325,000 SKUs through our distribution network each year.

• Vinyl records, CDs, box sets, special editions, catalog music, and weekly new music releases
• Movies and television on DVD, Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD, collector editions, and specialty video
• Video games, consoles, accessories, Nintendo Switch products, Xbox products, and gaming merchandise
• Arcade machines, home arcade products, and related gaming hardware
• Funko products and other licensed pop-culture collectibles
• Handmade by Robots products
• Toys, figures, statues, plush, dolls, and licensed merchandise
• Trading cards, sports cards, gaming cards, and other collectible products
• Consumer electronics, accessories, and entertainment-related technology
• Books, comics, graphic novels, and other entertainment publishing products
• Limited editions, exclusives, signed items, numbered products, and premium collectibles
• New, frontline merchandise with sustainable recurring demand
• Returns, excess inventory, closeouts, open-box items, and products with shopworn packaging when applicable

• Receiving inbound product shipments
• Unloading and sorting inventory
• Stocking merchandise into designated warehouse locations
• Picking customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
• Packing and preparing shipments for carrier pickup
• Processing returns and inventory transfers
  
  Performing cycle counts and inventory audits
• Maintaining organized and safe work areas
• Supporting special projects and seasonal volume increases

• Receive, inspect, sort, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use handheld scanners, warehouse management systems, and other approved equipment.
• Verify product quantities, locations, and shipment details.
• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Follow established quality standards, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain organized work areas and help ensure warehouse cleanliness.
• Load, unload, and move merchandise throughout the facility as needed.
• Work collaboratively with receiving, inventory, operations, and shipping teams.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or operational concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all equipment, safety, and security policies.
• Adapt to changing priorities and support multiple warehouse functions as business needs require.
• Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Represent Alliance Entertainment with professionalism and reliability.
