• Running shifts on the floor
• Ensuring company standards are achieved across our food, beverage, and accommodation offering
• Making sure all opening and closing procedures are completed to the expected standards
• Cash and stock handling

• Experience in a busy front‑of‑house or hospitality role
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• A genuine love for food, drink, and people
• A person who takes pride in getting things spot on
• Positive, reliable, and ready to get stuck in
