Position Summary
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent may perform some or all of the listed general administration functions. These functions are of low complexity, and the incumbent performs them using precise instructions provided by their immediate supervisor or other team members.
Duties and Responsibilities- Proofreading and validating online content and links
- Sorting and organizing content management system files
- Updating websites and collaborating with academic units to ensure their websites follow academic info publishing best practices
- Validating, collecting, and entering data into established databases
- Preparing documentation and forms—such preparation may include sorting, collating, filing, scanning, photocopying, and shredding

Language RequirementsMcGill University is an English-language university where day-to-day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at level 3 on a scale of 0-4.
Minimum Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma.

Compensation and DetailsHourly Salary: $16.70.
