Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome residents with professionalism and friendliness
• Follow up on service requests to ensure satisfaction
• Organize resident events like BBQs and holiday parties
• Ensure cleanliness in shared facilities
• Assist with maintenance tasks and inspections
Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills required
• Experience in property management is beneficial
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency in basic computer usage
• Bilingual in English and French
