Analyst Sales Target & Order Management System – BRP

We are looking for a data‑driven analyst to support sales planning and order management for our global vehicle and recreational product portfolio. The analyst will collect, consolidate and analyze sales data, define and adjust targets, forecast trends and support the order management system.

• Collect, consolidate and analyze sales data from SAP and other sources.
• Define and adjust sales targets in collaboration with management and sales teams.
• Produce reports and dashboards to measure performance and target achievement.
• Make forecasts and predictive analyses to anticipate trends.
• Administer the North American sales force bonus program for the Motorsports group divisions.
• Configure the order management system.
• Manage and monitor certain exercises that impact orders.
• Support the sales force.

• Proficiency in analytical tools (advanced Excel, Power BI).
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP).
• SQL or database management skills (an asset).
• Rigorous and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years in data analysis, sales planning, or similar role.
• Languages:
  
  French and English (spoken and written).
