Maximize Arjo's procurement capabilities as a Strategic Sourcing Manager in the Electrical & Electronics category, based in Magog, Canada. This full-time position focuses on supplier management and cost reduction strategies.

You will play a crucial role in the Procurement E&E team, developing strategies that optimize supplier relationships and inventory levels. The Strategic Sourcing Manager (SSM) will proactively monitor supply chain processes and advise on raw materials for new product development. Strong negotiation skills and market insight are essential to secure favorable contracts and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company goals

• Manage and analyze RFQs to optimize supplier recommendations

• Create solid relationships with suppliers and stakeholders

• Negotiate contracts and terms for competitive sourcing

• Monitor supplier performance and assess risks regularly

Requirements:

• 3+ years of procurement experience in a production setting

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field

• Familiarity with MRP systems

• Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
