Position: Amrize Health and Safety Specialist
Location: magog

Empower workplace safety at Amrize as a Health and Safety Coordinator.

Your role will ensure compliance with health regulations and strengthen safety training initiatives while enhancing team collaboration.
As a key member of the team, you'll provide hands-on support to operational leadership in implementing health and safety processes. This includes conducting inspections, coaching site staff, and developing targeted training programs. Your 5 to 7 years of experience in heavy industry will be crucial in guiding safety initiatives and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver safety training programs

• Conduct safety inspections and audits

• Mentor staff on health and safety responsibilities

• Collaborate on effective claims management

• Foster a culture of safety in work environments
Requirements:

• College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

• 5-7 years of experience in heavy industry

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Bilingual in French and English

• Familiarity with CNESST standards
