In this position, you will define and manage OHS strategies, conduct risk assessments, and supervise compliance with health and safety regulations.
Your role will also involve leading training sessions that raise awareness of safety practices and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. By monitoring key performance indicators, you will contribute to continuous safety improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and manage comprehensive OHS policies
• Identify risks and propose preventive action plans
• Ensure legal compliance and manage external partnerships
• Organize safety training and awareness programs
• Prepare performance reports for management review
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources with OHS certification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in OHS management
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong leadership and analytical ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
