Drive safety initiatives as an Administration Officer in Health & Safety Prevention for the Human Resources School Board. Oversee policy enforcement, develop programs, and promote a culture of safety and prevention.

The Administration Officer role focuses on health and safety prevention, providing essential oversight for risk management and training. You will collaborate closely with safety committees and representatives, ensuring the organization meets all compliance standards. A proactive approach will help you address safety issues by developing practical solutions tailored to organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a robust safety prevention structure

• Coordinate with safety committees and representatives

• Develop and implement risk prevention programs

• Conduct regular inspections and hazard assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Bilingual in English and French
