Join our team as a Dispatch Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in managing appointment progress and supporting field teams. This position requires strong customer service skills and communication in both French and English.
We are seeking a Dispatch Coordinator with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will include updating data, verifying pump schedules, and scheduling mechanical inspections. You will ensure effective communication between clients and workers, providing a seamless experience throughout the job execution phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact clients for appointment updates
• Follow up with field teams on task progress
• Clearly communicate work schedules to staff
• Import and update job execution data
• Oversee smooth operations at job sites
Requirements:
• High school diploma (DES) required
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of drilling and geothermal processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent French and intermediate English communication
