Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain schedules, milestone trackers, and deliverables lists

• Assist in formatting technical reports and program documentation

• Track input and follow up on requested information

• Prepare agendas, notes, and track actions for meetings

• Manage event bookings and support agendas for events

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent certification

• 3–6 years in project coordination or R&D support

• Experience with government-funded projects is favorable

• Familiarity with technical documentation workflows

• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira
