Global Excel Product Director Role

Lead the Canadian Product Management team at Global Excel as the Product Director. Drive product strategy, team effectiveness, and operational efficiency in a SAFe environment.

As a critical leader, the Product Director ensures clear alignment with corporate priorities and strategic vision within Global Excel. You will guide Product Managers and Owners, fostering their development while defining the product roadmap and managing execution. This role requires strong governance practices and a focus on customer outcomes, requiring collaboration across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product strategic vision and roadmap

• Oversee team governance for effective prioritization

• Ensure high quality delivery with strong performance metrics

• Partner with stakeholders for successful product launches

• Lead and develop the Product Management team

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience

• Strong leadership in SAFe environments

• Expertise in insurance or financial services

• Proven stakeholder management abilities

• Effective communication skills in English and French
