We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tax Director, ready to provide strategic and personalized advice to our clients. Join our firm and contribute to developing effective tax solutions, while building trusting relationships and actively participating in the company's success.

Opportunity Highlights

Salary:
Up to $150,000/year

Tax Business Development Bonus: 20% of revenue on new tax clients brought in (tax services)

Audit Business Development Bonus: 15% of audit revenue per year for 3 years

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities

Ensure tax compliance and the quality of deliverables.

Advise clients and maintain excellent business relationships.

Collaborate with various internal teams.

Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the firm's growth.

Desired Profile

7 years of combined firm/corporate experience (firm experience is essential).

Possibility of 3 to 5 years of pure firm experience.

CPA designation an asset.

Keep your knowledge up-to-date and stay informed of legislative changes in taxation.
