Seeking a bilingual Accounting Manager for Global Excel in Sherbrooke. Drive compliance with GAAP and enhance financial processes while providing essential insights for regional management decision-making.

In this role, you will lead the implementation of financial policies and manage audits and month-end closures. Your collaborative skills will support regional leaders by offering critical financial analysis and forecasts. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements monthly

• Support leadership with budgeting and financial insights

• Ensure efficiency in payroll and transactional finance

• Enhance financial policies, systems, and processes

• Maintain compliance with GAAP and accounting accuracy

Requirements:

• Certified Professional Accountant designation is mandatory

• Over 5 years of accounting experience needed

• Leadership experience of at least 2 years

• Must be bilingual (French & English)

• Healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred
