We are looking for a qualified Event Coordinator to support our Can-Am Off-Road brand who will report to the Retail Operations Manager. If you have a passion for creating memorable customer experiences, engaging in local communities and coordinating promotional event tactics, we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate has the ability to create and coordinate immersive consumer experiences that align with the brand identity and business priorities.

You’ll be responsible for managing the events and other grassroots activations for the Can-Am Off-Road brand, ensuring the community is up to date on the latest product features and functionality. To do so, you will work in collaboration with our partner agencies and internal teams from multiple departments.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To
  • Develop the Can-Am Off-Road events and in‑field activations strategy to build and strengthen community engagement in our key states, in line with the business priorities.
  • Coordinate the deployment of local events and support Dealer‑activated events.
  • Define and monitor experiential targets and KPIs to track success and share with the supporting teams.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Consumer Engagement Team and Brand Strategy teams) to ensure brand consistency and holistic plan integration.
  • Coordinate with the local regions on plans and best practices.
  • Manage the event budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and expense processing.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have the Following Skills and Qualities
  • 3+ years’ experience in experiential planning and coordination – preferably in a global organization.
  • The ability to bring a brand DNA to life in a physical setting, ensuring authentic integration of products and brand messages.
  • Both a strategic thinker and a tactical executor, with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude.
  • Ability to manage more than one project at a time in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Highly detailed and organized; project management experience.
  • The ability to connect and build strong relationships with supporting stakeholders.
  • Experience with vendor and agency management.
  • Passionate about adventure and outdoor life; interest in powersport is a plus.
