Position: B2B Account Executive for Cloud Solutions
Join Sherweb as a B2B Account Executive and help deliver innovative cloud solutions in a hybrid work environment. Engage clients by providing tailored SaaS and IaaS services designed for their business needs.
In this role, your primary goal will be to build trust-based partnerships and enhance client experiences. You will leverage your 2+ years of experience in account management and cloud technology to drive retention and satisfaction among existing customers. Your collaboration with internal teams will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in prospecting activities to establish a strong sales pipeline

• Handle client signups and facilitate project transitions effectively

• Lead discussions with clients to understand their needs thoroughly

• Coordinate with internal SMEs to customize solutions

• Maintain client records and communication in our CRM system
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as an Account Executive or similar

• Strong familiarity with cloud technology, especially SaaS and IaaS

• Bilingual in French and English with excellent communication skills

• Proven ability to solve complex business challenges

• Willingness to travel within Quebec occasionally
