Position: Sales Associate for Pro Account Clients

As a Sales Associate in this role, you will engage with industrial and commercial customers daily, ensuring their projects are supported by your service expertise. You will not only fulfill orders but also pursue new business on the sales floor while maintaining relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to assess and fulfill their needs

• Manage relationships with Pro customers for continual support

• Conduct follow-ups post-service to guarantee satisfaction

• Keep updated records of top accounts for sales tracking

• Prepare accurate customer quotes and order processing

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year in a related customer experience role

• Solid understanding of products in all departments

• Excellent interpersonal and organization skills

• Ability to lift heavy items and use ladders safely
