Drive sustainable growth at a pioneering AI-native PRM platform as the founding Sales Engineer. This on-site role requires deep technical skills to win complex sales and ensure client success.
You will take a lead role in technical discovery, proof design, and RFPs, building the Sales Engineering function from scratch. In collaboration with the founder and the sales team, you'll influence development and drive revenue growth at top-tier companies like Anthropic and Starlink. Your input will shape how we market and solve challenges for our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical discovery during sales processes
• Design and execute effective proofs of concept
• Own RFPs, RFIs, and security reviews
• Ensure seamless hand-offs from sales to onboarding
• Build and maintain a scalable SE playbook
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting
• Proven track record on complex B2B deals
• Strong technical discovery and communication skills
• Experience with CRMs like Salesforce and Hub Spot
• Hands-on ability in demo configuration and support
