Take the lead in business development as SERVPRO®'s Director of Insurance Development in Canada, focusing on innovative strategies and brand growth. Help shape the future of the SERVPRO® brand.

This pivotal role is centered on developing critical relationships with key insurance stakeholders while managing national account growth. You will oversee lead generation, marketing efforts, and maintain franchise alignment to ensure the brand's credibility and market trust. Strong organizational and strategic selling skills are essential as you collaborate with various departments to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional and national strategies

• Manage business development lifecycle of target accounts

• Represent SERVPRO® at key industry events

• Collaborate continually with franchise teams

• Gather market intelligence to inform strategies

Requirements:

• At least 10 years' experience in business development

• Understanding of restoration and insurance sectors

• Ability to communicate effectively in various formats

• Experience with CRM tools and sales management

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
