As an Ingredients Sales Manager, your role is crucial: bring the existing sales to another level. Over the last 4 years, we browsed, hunt, investigated, and polished gems that are now ready to be offered to the Nutraceutical Industry, in the United States.
Your role, tremendously important for us, will be to connect the Amercian player of this industry with our very competitive products, products that do not compromise on quality or performances.
This is a unique opportunity to join the team and push the sales with no limits.
Day to day will be more or less as follows :
- Use your B2B sales knowledge and understand the value chain to sell the right ingredients at the right price, to the right clients leveraging EU, US, CODEX specifications, no limits !
- Map and prospect new clients in this new country for us ;
- Embody and spread Hubcycle's culture and philosophy ;
- Identify technical issues, probe for more info and bring best solutions foryour clients and Hubcycle ;
- Leverage internal knowledge and support, to bring top notch service to your clients ;
- Achieve ambitious sales targets (with unlimited incentive) ;
- Monitor and improve profitability of your portfolio.
We expect you to activate and build a strong & rigorous sales pipeline but also to closely monitor key accounts to build opportunities to upsell and cross sell. The upside is unlimited and we’re just beginning to tap into it.
The team around you
You will be part of the Sales team with a direct touchpoint to category experts who will provide you with all extra knowledge and direction you need to be fully effective in a short period of time. Leveraging your teammates in sourcing, quality, product development, logistics or finance will also be key to success in this role.

Must-Haves
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B selling industrial food and nutraceutical ingredients in US markets
- Superior Sales skills needed, like really ! Blanking is not acceptable for you.
- Education in agronomy is a strong asset but can be offset by solid technical knowledge gained through experience.
