We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Ag Diesel Technician / Mechanic to join our growing team. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, repairing equipment, and working with modern agricultural technology, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll DoDiagnose, service, and repair tractors, combines, balers, swathers, and implements
Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, and computerized systems
Use modern diagnostic and precision-ag technology
Perform both shop and field repairs
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
3+ years of diesel repair experience
3+ years mechanical experience
Valid driver’s license
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Agricultural equipment experience preferred
Hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic experience a plus
Personal tools/toolbox preferred
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety
Competitive pay: $20–$45/hour DOE
