  This person will ensure accurate and compliant financial and tax reporting for U.S. entities and global clients.
• Tech Stack: accounting software, tax software, Excel

• Financial Management:
  Manage and review financial statements, general ledgers, and accounting records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Tax Compliance:
  Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns, supporting tax planning initiatives for U.S. entities.
• Regulatory Adherence:
  Ensure strict adherence to U.S. GAAP and other relevant regulatory accounting and tax requirements.

  Respond to accounting and tax queries from global clients, offering guidance on financial controls and process improvements.
• Reporting & Controls:
  Contribute to audit preparations, assist with month-end and year-end close activities, and support the development of standardized procedures.

• Background:
  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong foundation in accounting principles, U.S. GAAP, and internal controls.
• Experience:
  
  1-3 years of practical experience in public accounting or corporate finance.
• Skills:
  
  Active or eligible Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential (USA);
  Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation;
  Expertise in U.S. tax preparation for federal and state returns, including cross-border tax considerations;
  Experience with accounting and tax software, alongside strong Excel skills;
  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
