What You'll Do- Learn the ins and outs of the sales process, from order entry through fulfillment and customer delivery.
- Assist Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams with day‑to‑day projects and initiatives.
- Gain exposure to the full scope of the Marketing team, including social media, email campaigns, and traditional media efforts.
- Conduct research on customers, competitors, products, or market trends.
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Help organize and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Learn how parts are set up for production, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings.
- Gain exposure to the new product development cycle, from concept through launch.
- Participate in meetings and take notes or summarize key takeaways.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives.
- Current enrollment in a high school, college, or technical program (business, marketing, communications, engineering, or related field preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing or design tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and initiative.
- Actively engage in learning opportunities and feedback.
- Contribute positively to team projects and collaboration.
- Primarily a sedentary role with occasional standing or walking.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and use standard office equipment.
- Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Office/clerical setting with standard equipment. Occasional interaction with manufacturing or product areas for learning and collaboration.
