The Superintendentisresponsibleformanagingtheentireconstructionjobsite.
The Superintendentwilloverseebuildingoperationsatvariousresidential,commercial,and/orindustrialjobsitelocations.
Thispositionworksunderthedirectsupervisionofthe Project Manager .
- Planstheconstructionjobsiterequirements.
Ordersrequiredsupplies/materials. - Tracksjobsiteproductiononadaily/weekly basis.
- Supervises,trains,guides,anddirectsjobsite
Foremanandothercrewworkers. - Providesexcellentcustomerrelationsandworksinacooperativemannerwiththe Ownerand Subcontractors .
- Overseesqualitycontrolandjobsiteproductivity.
- Keepspaperworkorganized,includingreports,receipts,shippingtickets,etc.
- Worksdirectlywiththe Foremanforjobsiteupdatesandprogress.
- Mayassistwithperformingcarpentrytasksasneeded.
- Performshousekeepingandkeepsworkareacleanthroughouttheprojectandremovestrashanddebris.
- Mayassistwithdemolitiondutiesofexistingstructuresasneeded.
- Previousconstructionexperiencerequired
- Previousforemanorsupervisoryexperiencerequired
- Knowledgeofqualitycontrol,cost control,andjobsitesafety
- Knowledgeofapplicablebuildingcodes
- Experiencewithstudlayoutandroughframing
- Abilitytoreadandunderstandblueprintssis
- Proficiencyinconcrete,roughandfinishcarpentry,andotherbuildingtrades
- KnowledgeofOSHAconstructionrulesandregulations
- Strongmathandanalyticalskills
- Abilitytoteachandmentorothers
- Strongcommunicationskills
