• Assisting residents with daily living activities
• Promoting dignity, comfort, and safety
• Supporting a clean and healthy environment
• Collaborating with nursing staff and other team members
• Assist residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning and transporting in to and out of beds
• Change bed linens
• Attend change of shift reports
• Maintain intake and output records as instructed
• Assist nurses with admission, transfer and discharge functions
• Inventory and mark resident personal possessions as instructed
