SUMMARYThe Machine Operator I is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, supporting machining operations, and performing routine inspections. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Operators ensure machines run safely and efficiently, maintain a clean work area, and support production goals.

- Use hand tools to set up and adjust equipment.
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to leaders.
- Complete daily production logs and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Learn multiple operations and follow work instructions.
- Support team goals and production schedules.
