Role Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, patient-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings by performing assessments, developing care plans, administering treatments, and evaluating patient responses. Qualifications & SkillsCurrent unrestricted RN licensure, graduate of an accredited nursing program, BLS certification, and compliance with regulatory standards. Preferred candidates have at least one year of acute care experience, with additional certifications like ACLS and PALS within a year. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and ability to handle high-stress situations are essential. Knowledge of safety and infection control practices, proficiency with electronic health records, and professionalism are required.
