We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered, safe care in a new Behavioral Health Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer treatments
- Support patient recovery
- Ensure safe transitions of care
The role involves effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams, as well as documenting care and participating in quality improvement activities.
Qualifications- Current unrestricted Wyoming RN license
- Associate's degree in nursing
- BLS certification
- De-escalation training
- Preferred: at least 2 years of nursing experience, including behavioral health
- Clinical assessment
- Critical thinking
- Communication
- Teamwork
- Professionalism
- Ability to perform in high-stress situations
